定义了继承自model\_base.BASEV2类、models\_v2.HasId类和models\_v2.HasTenant类的数据库资源类Router和FloatingIP，以及继承自neutron.extensions.l3.RouterPluginBase类的资源操作类L3\_NAT\_db\_mixin。L3\_NAT\_db\_mixin实际上为核心plugin添加了L3/NAT的扩展资源方法。
